Mentoring is more than editing. Mentoring is helping a writer to make his/her own decisions on the aspects of his/her story. I will work with the writer to motivate him/her to write to his/her full potential and perfect writing style. As I edit, I won't always make the choice to change something. I'll make suggestions, and let the writer decide.
